story time

Good thing you captured the moment with a picture. He looks really cute sitting there with his book. My girls went through stages. When they were a few months old, they enjoyed me reading books to them (I think they were just interested in the colorful pictures). Then they got to the teething stage and all they wanted to do was chew books, and eat the paper while at it. Now they are starting to really like books and they love turning pages. They are actually patient now when you read them a book. I do have a "pull-and-see" book that they LOVE but they pull the tabs so hard that they rip them off. Anyway, they love that book so much that they fight for it, so I always have to intervene and end up hiding the book...until one of them finds it.
